The service from Karen was absolutely fantastic. One of the products was out of stock but her communication was clear. Beyond clear, she found ways to make a delayed product a hidden bonus by sending little sample pots in the post and sharing her wide knowledge of other products.I love the personal touches of gift wrapped tissue paper with a little card inside, it felt like receiving a gift from a friend. A real pleasurable shopping experience! Great products too. Thank you
