Karen Alexandra Beauty and Well-Being Shipping Policy

We aim to commence all deliveries within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There may be occasions when this timeframe is extended, but we will contact you directly if this is the case.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Karen Alexandra Beauty and Well-Being wants to ensure shipping, postage and packing costs are clear and easy to understand.

• Free UK delivery will apply for all orders over £60.
• 1st Class Royal Mail will be charged at £4.95 for UK deliveries up to and including a value of £59.
• For orders outside of the UK, the charge will be £15 for a minimum product order value of £50.
• Free Local Delivery will be available for orders over £20 and within 5 miles of Karen Alexandra Beauty and Well-Being Tonbridge. Select local delivery at checkout for this option.
• Local Pickup is available as an option at checkout.
• Gift Vouchers will receive complimentary postage and package.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Karen Alexandra Beauty and Well-Being is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Karensochon@hotmail.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
