MY BUSINESS JOURNEY: CHAPTER 9: NEW WORLD POST COVID
In Chapter 8, I shared how we navigated the strange, challenging months of the pandemic. As we emerged, it became clear that the world had changed — and so had the way we viewed our health and wellbeing.

For years, many of my clients struggled to find time for themselves, often viewing skincare and relaxing treatments as occasional luxuries. However, post-2020, I noticed a profound shift.
There was a new, collective determination to prioritize self-care. My clients became significantly more conscious of what they were putting on their skin, leading to a massive surge in interest for natural and organic products.

These changes saw an unexpected increase in the demand for my organic facials, with prospective clients contacting me daily to secure their appointments.
The post-COVID world reminded us all to slow down and prioritise self-care. For me, it further strengthened my commitment to natural and organic products and facials providing even more clarity as to the direction I wanted to take my business as we all adjusted to our new normal.
