Mix a small amount of product with water in your hands, apply and massage gently with fingertips in a circular motion covering the face and neck areas. Completely remove with a soft damp face cloth.
This is a good value mascara as it lengthens eyelashes and doesn't smudge. I will definitely purchase again.
