Dispense just a small amount of dry product to a wet palm and add a few drops of water. Rub your hands together to create a foam and massage into your skin using slow circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with water and gently pat dry.
This is a good value mascara as it lengthens eyelashes and doesn't smudge. I will definitely purchase again.
