My Business Journey, Chapter 12: On into the Future!

In Chapter 11: A Huge Change, I shared how my dream of opening a shop in Tonbridge became reality. Now, in the twelfth and final chapter of My Business Journey, it’s time to look back, say thank you and look ahead.

Looking back on the journey

As I sit down to write the last of these blogs detailing the journey of my business, I feel so fortunate to have had the chance to remember all the twists and turns my story has taken.

While my children grew up, so did my little business. Along the way, I discovered where my passion lay when it came to treatments, products and helping people feel their best.

Sharing some of those memories with you throughout this series has been a great experience.

A special anniversary and new experiences

Celebrating twenty years in business felt extra special. I met so many lovely new people, picked up a very special award, sponsored a cricket team (so proud!), recorded my first podcast and watched my daughter unexpectedly step into the beauty world herself.

These are moments I’ll always treasure, alongside all the everyday conversations and familiar faces that have made the journey so rewarding.

You are a huge part of my story

I couldn’t have done any of this without my amazing customers. Your loyalty and support mean the world to me, especially those of you who have been with me for all twenty years.

Whether you’ve visited for treatments, popped into the shop, ordered online or simply cheered me on, thank you. You’re a huge part of my story.

On into the future

So what’s next? I’m excited to keep growing my selection of natural and organic skincare and makeup, welcoming new customers and continuing to choose products that fit with my values and that I believe in.

The treatments, personal advice and conversations that have always mattered to me will remain at the heart of Karen Alexandra Beauty and Well-Being.

This may be the final chapter of this twelve-part series, but the business journey continues. I can’t wait to see what the future brings.
